30 minutes. No pressure.
Just an honest conversation about where you are, where you want to go, and what may be standing in between

You’ve started things before.
A new plan. A new goal. A new routine. A new strategy for the business.
A commitment that this time would be different. And for a while, you meant every word of it.
Then Tuesday happened.
A client said no. Your schedule blew up. Someone on your team dropped the ball.
You got discouraged. You missed a few days.
You began second-guessing the decision that had felt so clear. Or you simply got busy doing everything except the one thing you knew mattered most.
And slowly, almost without noticing it, the goal moved back to:
“I’ll get to it next week.” Again.
That’s the part another book, course, podcast, planner, or productivity system can’t always solve for you. Because the information isn’t standing beside you when the plan collides with real life.
A coach is.

Somebody knows what you said you wanted.
Somebody remembers what you committed to doing before your next conversation.
Somebody can hear the perfectly reasonable explanation for why it didn’t happen and ask:
“Is that really what got in the way?”
Somebody can help you adjust when the plan stops working instead of allowing the entire goal to disappear with it.
And sometimes, that person can see something you simply cannot see
from inside your own situation. The pattern. The blind spot. The missed opportunity. The skill you haven’t developed yet. The decision you keep avoiding.
That’s when coaching becomes much more than encouragement.

Sometimes the problem is the outer game.
You need to generate more leads. Close more sales. Lead your team better. Set the right KPIs.
Read the numbers. Know what to stop doing and where to double down.
Sometimes the problem is the inner game.
You know what to do, but distraction, self-doubt, poor time management, emotional triggers, or one unexpected setback keeps knocking you off course.
And sometimes, it’s both.
That’s why we don’t simply assign you the next coach who becomes available.
We start by understanding you.
Where are you trying to go? What keeps getting in the way? And what do you actually need your
coach to help you do?
Then we work to match you with the Jack Canfield-certified coach whose experience and strengths best fit your needs, whether that’s sales, business growth, leadership, mindset, personal performance, NLP, or a combination.
Because the right coach shouldn’t just keep you accountable. They should know how to help you move forward.
Maybe what you really want is for someone who understands where you’re trying to go to sit across from you and say:
“Here’s what I think matters first.”
Not 37 things. Not another stack of modules. Not six more months of information.
The next thing.
Then you take that step. See what happens. Adjust.
And determine the next one.
Because real life changes.
Your business changes.
Your priorities change.
New challenges appear.
And that’s one of the greatest advantages of a private coaching relationship:
The guidance can change as you change.

"In the year since beginning Train the Trainer, our business and profit has grown over 30% from applying the principles. I have also clearly identified my passion and am focusing on making it my career."
Ethan S.

My coach helped me to improve my sales and marketing processes to take my business to the next level. I now have a system that produces predictable results. This has changed my mindset. This coaching experience has freed-up my time to focus on more impactful things in my business and has given me more time to spend time with my family and have a life outside
of work.
Dan S.

“Every single coaching session was immensely valuable….my coach shared his wide experience as a businessman, published author, entrepreneur, and husband… He was always full of good ideas when I needed them. When I needed to hear the hard questions, he wasn’t afraid to ask them, but I knew he was always on my side, and had my best interests at heart. This coaching has been one of the best business investments I’ve ever made!”
Lee M.

You’ll spend approximately
30 minutes with a Jack Canfield certified coach.

This is not an
interview (or interrogation).

You don’t need a polished business plan. And you don’t need to have the next five years figured out.
The conversation starts with three simple questions:
1. Where are you now?
2. Where do you want to go?
3. What keeps getting in the way?
The coach will listen, ask questions, and help you get clearer about what kind of support may actually make a difference.
And if private coaching appears to be the right fit, they’ll explain how it works and what kind of coach
may be best suited to your needs.
If it isn’t the right fit?
We’ll tell you that honestly.
The purpose of the conversation is to determine whether we can genuinely help you, not to force you
into something that doesn’t make sense.

You can get motivation almost anywhere.
This is for the person who is ready for something more personal.
The business owner who is tired of being very busy without seeing enough movement in the numbers that actually matter.
The professional who knows there is another chapter ahead but keeps postponing the decision.
The leader who wants someone capable of challenging their thinking.
The entrepreneur who needs both better execution and better strategy.
The high achiever who has learned plenty and is tired of living in the gap between understanding and action.
The person who’s finally ready to say:
You don’t need to have everything figured out.
But you do need to care enough about the outcome to have an honest conversation. You could look back on today as the moment you stopped trying to push through alone—and got the right person in your corner to help change what happens next.
